Mental Health Awareness Week is an opportunity for the UK to focus on mental health and celebrate the acts of kindness, big or small helping to make a difference to people’s lives.
Whilst we can’t be physically close to our friends, families, colleagues and communities, it’s more important now than ever to stay connected.
Carrying out a good deed or two for others can positively impact mental health and wellbeing and throughout the pandemic our people have been doing just that.
