TB+A achieve London Healthy Workplace Charter Accreditation

TB+A has achieved commitment level accreditation of the London Healthy Workplace Charter in recognition of our support to employee health, safety and wellbeing.

The London Healthy Workplace Charter is a framework that helps organisations to develop a healthy, engaged and productive workplace. Backed by the Mayor of London and endorsed by Public Health England, it is an initiative for businesses to show support and investment in their employees’ health and wellbeing.

TB+A are one of over 190 organisations that have met the criteria and standards to date to successfully achieve accreditation, with the verifiers particularly impressed with our clear strategic priorities, layered mentoring scheme and inclusive communications amongst others. 

Claire Oliver and Claire Bower Head of HR and IMS at TB+A respectively, commented:

“We are really pleased to have achieved commitment level in recognition of the health, safety and wellbeing foundations currently in place. We look forward to working with the Healthy Workplace Charter to develop further and in turn improve the physical, psychological and social wellbeing of our people”.

This accreditation sees us build on our Investors in People Health and Wellbeing certification which we achieved in 2015 and our OHSAS 18001 certification that we have maintained since 2010. It reinforces our dedication and commitment to the on-going improvement of the physical, psychological and social wellbeing of our people which is crucial to the sustainability and success of our business. Having this accreditation, we are keen to promote the benefits of the framework to other organisations and to shine a light on the importance of a healthy and happy workplace.

We look forward to receiving our award and celebrating our achievement with other businesses on 19th November presented by the London Healthy Workplace Charter Team, Greater London Authority.
