TB+A London Office Refurbishment

Our Partnership continues to adhere to the guidance and instructions issued by the Government and we are committed to delivering our high level of service to our clients. All our national offices remain open in a Covid-19 secure way and incorporate social distancing and hygiene measures.

Our London office has undergone a planned refurbishment to create a fresh, light and uplifting space that reflects the culture of our Partnership. The BREEAM outstanding embodies our principles of having people’s wellbeing and sustainability of the built environment at heart.

The space promotes positive health and wellbeing with temporary social distancing principles, including a one-way system that has the added benefit of increasing our daily steps. It addresses our need for blended working practices to accommodate 50% of our team in the office for increased collaboration and training purposes with flexibility for rotation, working remotely and future growth.

Managing Partner Peter Anderson adds “It’s a fantastic transformation, respecting the heritage of the double-height listed building and provides an environment for our people to work together collaboratively even during these challenging times. The whole concept is around our people feeling safe at work. We have a paperless, clean desk approach and have introduced touch free technology, personal storage and automatic dispensing hand sanitiser stations into the revised design”.

We’re exceptionally proud of our new head office and look forward to welcoming visitors when restrictions permit.
