We’re supporting National Apprenticeship Week 2018 #NAW2018
National Apprenticeship Week #NAW2018 is taking place between Monday 5th - Friday 9th March 2018 and is coordinated and organised by the National Apprenticeship Service. This annual event brings together employers and apprentices from across the UK to celebrate the success of apprenticeships and traineeships with the aim of encouraging more people to choose an apprenticeship as a pathway to a great career.
We are award-winning providers of professional apprenticeships in building services engineering offered through a 9-year structured training programme to gain focused academic qualifications from BTEC to Masters. At present, 21% of our workforce are currently employed through this initiative and we’re very proud of what they have achieved.
What are we up to?
We are totally committed to developing and nurturing our people and are fully supportive of NAW.
We’ve got a full agenda and engagement over the course of the five days with just some of our key activities listed below:
Taking part in the BBC Live interviews on apprentices
Launch of the ‘Apprentice Eco-Challenge’ competition
Our apprentices will be at the Kings Cross Construction Awareness event
Speaking as part of the employer and youth panel at Careers College Trust event
Promoting International Women’s Day
Attending the ‘Class of 2018’ graduation ceremony
In the run-up to #NAW2018 we will be updating our schedule to share more of our activities throughout the week, click here to view our current schedule.

We’ve asked our apprentices both past and present what it’s like to work at TB+A and why being an apprentice works for them.
