Inshes Retail Park, Inverness

TB+A have been working on this retail park with Corran Properties and the landlord, Aberdeen Asset Management, since 2007 during which we have provided M&E advice for many tenant moves as well as over 150,000ft2 of new retail space.

Projects have included masterplanning infrastructure and utilities design, developer shell specification and design along with landlord’s input to providing serviced plots for development.

The landlord has taken forward the construction of 65,000ft2 of additional space by way of pre-let shell units for Dunelm, Home Bargins and B&M. For these shell units, TB+A provided the design for services diversions, new incoming utilities connections as well as new carpark lighting.

TB+A have also been involved in the specific M&E and Utility requirements for the sale of a former DIY unit to provide a new Dobbies Garden Centre along with sale of a serviced site to Aldi.

Since 2007, we have been involved in assisting the Landlord maximise the value of this major retail asset.
