Code for Sustainable Homes
TB+A continue to provide Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) assessments on legacy projects and are able to support projects with discharging related Planning Conditions.
We provide Sustainability Statements, normally required for planning. This statement will review Local, Regional and National applicable policies. This document would cover project aspirations and minimum targets, when applicable, on energy, carbon, water, waste, materials, pollutions, etc.
