BCO Regional Awards 2026
Seven workplaces recognised at BCO Regional Awards 2026
Celebrating projects designed for long-term performance

The workplace projects being recognised today aren't defined by a single style or sector. They're connected by something much more important.

Across the UK, there's a clear shift towards making better use of existing buildings, designing for long-term performance and creating workplaces that people genuinely want to use.

It's encouraging to see seven projects we've helped deliver recognised at this year's BCO Regional Awards, with two category winners and five finalists across London, the Midlands, the North and Scotland.

The projects recognised are:

London

  • Deutsche Bank, 21 Moorfields – Corporate Workplace (Winner)
  • 3i, One Knightsbridge – Fit Out of Workplace (Finalist)

Midlands

  • Gilbanks Birmingham – Projects up to 2,500m² (Finalist)

North

  • Deloitte Belfast – Fit Out of Workplace (Finalist)

Scotland

  • PwC Glasgow Aurora – Fit Out of Workplace (Winner)
  • BT, Dundee – Fit Out of Workplace (Finalist)
  • Spectrum Building, Glasgow – Projects up to 2,500m² (Finalist)

Each project started with a different brief. Some transformed existing buildings through sustainable reuse. Others created workplaces designed around collaboration, flexibility and long-term performance. Together, they reflect how expectations of the modern workplace continue to evolve.

Congratulations to our clients, project partners and everyone involved in bringing these projects to life. We look forward to supporting our regional winners as they progress to the BCO National Awards later this year.
