Following our initial assessment in 2019 where we were one of the first businesses globally to be awarded the Investors in People 'We Invest in Apprentices' Platinum accreditation, we are delighted to have successfully maintained our Platinum status, the highest accolade available.
The ‘We Invest in Apprentices’ framework is underpinned by three key areas of Commitment, Development and Communication & Support and acts as a benchmark for businesses globally embarking on their journey with apprenticeships and continuous development to provide a workplace for apprentices to flourish whilst harnessing the business benefits that they bring.
This achievement is therefore testament to our high-performing culture, ongoing commitment and development of our apprentices supported by engaged mentors with embedded leadership.
