We’re proud to share that we have retained our We Invest in People Platinum accreditation for the 3rd time – the highest level awarded by Investors in People and one achieved by only a small proportion of organisations worldwide. This also makes us one of the first organisations to achieve ‘triple’ Platinum.
Retaining Platinum status recognises more than strong processes or good intentions. It reflects a culture that is embedded, consistent and continuously improved upon by the people who experience it every day.
Our overall benchmark score exceeded both the ‘We invest in people’ average and the wider industry average, reinforcing the strength of our approach.
Platinum accreditation is awarded to organisations that demonstrate sustained excellence in how they lead, support and develop their people. It recognises long-term commitment and cultures where values are championed and lived across the organisation.
Our continued investment in people and high performance has delivered tangible results over the last three years, including:
- Growth from 250 people to nearly 300
- High engagement scores
- A strong number of internal promotions
- More people achieving Chartered status
- High levels of retention.
This recognition reflects the way our people collaborate, challenge and continuously improve the way we work together.
At the heart of this achievement is our people. They make the difference across our Partnership, throughout our projects and in the communities we serve. Without their passion and talent, none of this would be possible.
Their commitment is what turns our values into everyday behaviours and long-term success.
While retaining Platinum is an important milestone, we remain committed to listening, learning and evolving the way we work to help our people reach their fullest potential.
We’d like to congratulate and thank everyone who was involved in this process and everyone who continues to play a part in shaping who we are.
