Taking place from 9-15 June, Men’s Health Week is a national campaign that seeks to raise awareness of men’s health and encourage open, supportive conversations around mental and physical wellbeing.
Launched today, ‘The ‘TB+A Toolkit for Men’s Health Week’ is a practical, people-first resource featuring tips, reflections and stories from across our Partnership.
The built environment is known for being fast-paced, high-pressured and male-dominated with 83.1% of the workforce identifying as male (Engineering UK, 2025).
Men are also 3.7 times more likely to take their own life compared to the national average (EqualEngineers, 2022), making it all the more important to check in with ourselves, and with each other.
To mark Men’s Health Week, we’ve created a people-first toolkit shaped by voices from across our Partnership. It’s filled with reflections, practical tips, and everyday actions that support wellbeing at work and beyond.
Whether you work in engineering, construction, design or a different field entirely — this resource is for you. Because taking care of ourselves isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s how we stay steady, show up, and do our best work.
