The Investors in People (IiP) framework has been the vehicle guiding our people development journey since the 90’s to where we are today, a high-performing Platinum accredited business.
On Tuesday 14th November, we celebrated our journey as a finalist in the Investors in People Awards, an opportunity to recognise those who champion excellence in people management, training and wellbeing.
For us, it's always been about our people, so to win ‘The Award for UK Employer of the Year - Platinum (250+)’ and on their 10th anniversary is recognition at a very high-level that the way we work and the values and ethos we live by are making a difference to the people, planet and communities around us.
Not only that, but the icing on the cake to a brilliant night and a reflection of our journey of progressive growth and drive for people management excellence.
