The role is also open to an established Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer looking to take the next step. Applicants will already be working at a senior level with experience of managing both people and projects and will have the desire to progress quickly to a management position, if not already in one. Candidates will preferably be degree qualified and have attained or be working towards Chartered Engineer status.
